Hello I live In an apartment complexand i rent a townhome there in St Louis, Mo . Recently my job transfered me to Virginia Beach my landlords informed me I would have to pay double rent for two months for a termination fee i have been told this is illegal since myjob transfered me, and would like to know if its true and where I can find the laws in writting so i can send it to them the tota comes to well over $3000.00
