I have rented a single family dweling for 2 years. In ohio. now the LL wants to change the rent due date, and now that i questioned him about it he served me with a 3 day notice .I am current on the rent and don't want to move. do I have to? the lease is not up and the grounds for eviction states that it is for non payment of rent. any advice welcome,please hurry time is limited.and please disregard the spelling...lol thanks
