landlord pays

the landlord is ALWAYS responsible to hire a professional exterminator. over the counter products are not as good as those carried by a professional. it's called the " warranty of habitability "..........

the stuff the landlord gave you might be a " flushing " agent. when sprayed, they cause the insects to come out of their hiding places but don't kill as many as when another " kill" product is laid down when they come out.

to make a long story short.... the landlord is responsible to eradicate roaches.. not with black flag or raid but with a professional exterminator..... if he won't call orkin or another pro, then you keep calling and deducting from your rent.....
