I have lived in an apt of a two family house (In Westchester, NY) for 3 months. When I signed the 1 year lease I specifically asked the woman if she had any intention of selling the house, she said no and I signed the lease. Now she has sold the house and I have been given 60 days to get out. I can't afford to move again. Is there anything I can do? Can they kick me out with a lease? can I get moving expenses? Can I take the woman to court for signing a lease under false pretenses? I would really appreciate some help. Thank you, Aline
