So James, if what you're saying is true -- that because I have a rent stablized apartment, I have a right to a lease renewal, that means I shouldn't worry about having a landlord just let my current renewal expire and then not renew -- I could take him/her to court? What legal points can I use to stay in my apartment if a new landlord decides to go the route of waiting out a previously signed renewal?
