The Landlord is OFFERING YOU MONEY TO leave and you REFUSE!

Paying your moving expenses..ugh get a mover take a couple of sick days vacation days....paying your first months rent, and security, and you get a good reference to boot

And YOU want to throw all this away......Someone should wring your neck for this potential spousal and child abuse you are contemplating.

You will be thrown out, a judgment for ALL damages realted to not closing on the house, all the new owners expenses since he has to move in the apartment, all on your credit report so you wont be able to buy a home...
