Of course if the person below you were to post a message stating how terrible all the noise has been. Everyone here might be telling them how it's the landlord's responsibility to evict you.

I guess it's a matter of perspective isn't it? I do know my mom run's a children's daycare with over 15 kids and she can manage to keep everyone of them from running and making noise.

I would curve your kids behavior, too much noise and you may find the landlord petitioning and then serving you with eviction papers.
