According to a NYLJ article of 7/14/99 about new Housing Court Judges, Judge Thomas Fitzpatrick had been a court attorney in Bronx Housing Court berfore his appointment to the bench. As far as I know Judge Fitzpatrick has only one published decision: 500 West End LLC v. Merkin, NYLJ, 4/26/00, p. 28, col. 4.
