For the past few weeks, my friend hasn't had any hot water for his showers - hot water comes out of the sink, but not the showerhead, so he and his roomies have to make do with a washcloth! Their landlord seems unperturbed, even though they've gone on rent strike. What can my friend do to get his hot water back? Who can he contact? He doesn't have a lot of money, and I worry about his health, especially now that the weather's getting colder...thanks for any advice you can give!
