I am closing a resturaunt in building in which I lease. In writing I let the General Manager know what my last day of business would be. In writing they gave me 30 days after the last day of business to remove all personal belongings and equipment. I began packing and cleaning on last day of business and notified the GM that I would be cleaning the premises for the next two days. The very next day the General Mgr had hired a crew who where in my resturaunt before I arrived to clean and by standers mentioned that the GM had no intention of giving me my cleaning deposit back. Do I have a small claims case?
