I am renting an apartment in Maryland and it is roach infested. I have talked to the property management, and they have sent someone to spray but it doesnt seem to be working. I think the whole building may be infested and they are taking it lightly. Also, the play area for the children and tennis courts have broken glass everywhere. Shouldn't they be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the property? Oh, one more thing, I pay $800/month and they said they couldn't open the pool this summer because they can't afford it...is there anything I can do to get out of my lease? I have seven months left.
