I will definitely file harassment charges with DHCR and also file a complaint for all the damage done to our apartment which still has not been repaired. The reduction of services has affected us and all the other rent-stabilized/rent-controlled tenants in our building.

Can I charge the Super and the Managing Agent with criminal trespassing? Can I prove they were not acting in good faith?
