change the locks on your door NOW !!! the landlord animal has no right to enter your room and wear your clothes !! wake up !! if you are worried where everyone will live if you turn her in, why not all move together and share a place?? by the way, you are the only person in NYC that is paying $1,100 a month to live in a room with a landlord that enters her room and wear her clothes!! if you want to live alone and in STYLE, about 20 minutes from E or F train stop from 5'th ave and 53'rd street... then go take E or F to 71'st and Continental Ave in Forest Hills and take a walk around... look at Austin Street with over 50 eats and bars for yuppies and 100 boutiques.... clean , VERY SAFE streets.....
Forest Hills Queens is the secret spot... try to get an apt overlooking Willow Lake on the Grand Central Parkway service road side..... studios are around 750 to 850 and a one bedroom goes around 950 and up..... also go to this site and READ IT !!! www.oag.state.ny.us/realestate/tenants_rights_guide.html
