Before a flame ware erupts, this thread needs to be tempered. We won't mind a few comments either way, but discussing rent regulation is a lightning rod. Usually the facts are forgotten and what ends up being discussed is puree theory (which has absolutely nothing to do with how rent regulation operates). So lets cut this one short.
