I suggest that anonymous, uninformed people should listen and then they could learn a new trick or two. Apparently the author of this rude reply is clueless as to how the courts resolve illusory tenancy situations. My legal opinion is accurate and correct. And I know I am right because I have never lost an illusory tenancy case!
