I'm not familiar with Oklahoma law. If there is a state law that provides for eviction for non-payment of water bills, you could be evicted.
If the lease provides that the water bill is rent or additional rent, you could probably be evicted.
When the landlord gave you the water bill, did it show how your share was calculated? Was there a due date on the water bill? Read your lease to see if there is a provision for late charges.

: Our lease says we are responsible for water bill (new thing the LL is doing, along w/ a rent increase. We have an addendum to our lease stating how the bill will be figured, but it does not state when it is due or what the late fee is.
: There was a note on our door last month stating we had to pay the water bill WITH our rent. We didn't. The rent was on time. Today we rec'd a "5 day pay or quit" notice for the water bill. Does this sound legal? Can a LL make you pay utilities WITH your rent?
