Hi - I am tying to geet a solid answer to this one. My roommate ditched me with one day notice and left a bit of damage to the floors. Formerly a friend he does not return calls and ignores a mail plee for resolution. Foolishly I did not take a deposit as it was a friend (yes, i know this was dumb). I have a record of his payments in my bank account and mail that comes her ein his name. If I take him to Small Claims for the damage and for one months rent (he did not give 30 day notice) what are my chances?
