slumlord selling house
no notice of selling house the contract to new buyer the house has
to be empty this is a 2 fam but with 4 apt the buliding dept only
new of the 2 untill they came out and saw 4 with full kitchens and
bathrooms
there are a lot of violations so bad hpd had to come out and do emergancy
repairs we had on one working out let and the old landlord was tapping
off our meter
and no hot water 4 a year
took the basterd to hp court he was found guilty of contempt
and
the city came in and broke the lock on the utilty room
no the new buyer who dosen`t own the house yet put a new lock on the utilty
room dose the new bozo have the right to do this if he don`t own the house yet how could there be a sale with all these violations

and if hpd came in to do repairs there sould be a lean yes no
