Is this an HP action? Even with great pictures of water leaking in from the roof, faulty plumbing and huge holes in the ceiling, I have found the court (in Manhattan) reluctant to act without detailed documents from HPD. HPD, however, has been extremely slow and unable and/or unwilling to provide documentation of inspections and specific repair instructions.
