We are in the process of a rent back. We sold our house and will be leasing back until the begining of November. I am curious if the new owners (as of Aug 31st.) can enter the house at anytime. Our realtor says she will keep a key in the lock box and if they want in they can call her. I want to know when they will be here ( a little warning) and I do not want them in without me being here. Is this possible. I am from Westminster Colorado.
