In a strictly legal sense only the owner of a property can have you evicted.
But face it, the guy tells his parents he doesn't want to live with you
anymore, and they will ask you to leave. You'd be better off getting an
apartment of your own now. Leave the place to the overgrown son and his
overprotective folks.
