This is a follow up to my message of July 24, 2000 in which I asked for help concerning the renewal of my rent stabilized lease which had a rider attached stating that dogs would no longer be allowed in the building. Following your suggestions, I signed and sent back all the papers except the rider. I have now received my lease renewal properly signed by the landlord with no mention of the new pet policy.
