Anyway, the late fee issue is dependent on one thing--is it in your lease. If it is, I regret to say that it is a valid charge. If not, he can do an anatomically impossible act to himself.
Can late fees be added onto late fees? (Can he charge a late fee every month if you dont pay a late fee for one month?) That I dont know.
