Failure to Pay Rent

Posted by BK on July 28, 2000 at 14:47:41:

I live in (Montgomery County) Maryland and my landlord is taking me to court 8/2 for failure to pay rent. I have had a lot of problems with this landlord and since she wants me out so bad, I'm gonna move therefore, I did not pay July Rent. I know that she can file for an eviction 4 days after the "Failure to Pay Rent" court date. I'm trying to buy time, I'm set to move into a new Apartment September 1st. My question is how long after she files for eviction will the actual eviction take place?
