Yes Tasha, people do move in with thier boyfriends, but usually NOT next door. And trying to keep another rent controlled apartment....

Thats why the Landlord and the rest of us are suspicious of this arrangement.

Does she have any bank accounts with HIM?

Is she named in his WILL?

Those are good starting points.

: OK you proved to be of no help. Why is she there it's her boy friend for god's sake. I guess no one ever eventually moves in with their boyfriend after a period of time. sheesh. go watch days of our lives I wanted a solution not drama which seems to be what your looking for.
