Reporter's request re: non-stabilized rent hikes

Posted by Robert Ingrassia on July 21, 2000 at 12:08:12:

I'm working on a story for the NY Daily News about rent hikes in NON-STABILIZED apartments (sublets in co-ops and condos, small buildings, high-rent units, etc.) I am interested in speaking with people who have recently faced large rent hikes in non-stabilized apartments and either had to flee to a cheaper apartment, suck up the higher rent or find a roommate. If this is you, or you know someone like this, please e-mail me or call me at 212-210-1556. Thank you. (Note for Friday July 21: my e-mail address will be down until 1:30 p.m. Friday July 21; please e-mail after this time.)
