UH the BOZO poured soup down a toilet, and it backed up....
Well if he demands the landlord pay for it....which Fred is right he probably should.....DO NOT expect to get a renewal lease and EXPECT a BIG a BIG an even BIGGER rent increase for ticking off the landlord!
The cheapest way out is to pay the $91......

: Assuming the potato was no larger than a normal human feces (and generally if in soup, something that isn't that hard), it could not be construed to be an abuse of the toilet [so to speak]. It's also possible that the toilet became clogged due to an accumulatioin of other things. But the bottom line is that landlords are indeed responsible as long as the tenant is not misusing the item. Flushing a soft potato down a toilet is not misuse. Richard, as usual, you're wrong.
: But, of course, withholding it from rent will probably trigger a court appearance.
: : DUH BOZO do we have to answer that?
: : ok you poured the soup in the toilet NOT THE LANDLORD....YOU pay Roto Rooter!
