I am living in an apartment with 4 of my friends in Mobile, Alabama. 4 of us have a written agreement and have our name in the lease. My boyfriends always came to visit me and stayed overnight. Recently the manager of the apartment told him that he can only come to visit me but not staying overnight and if she saw him staying over night, she will asked the police to arrest him. Does she has the right to do so? Can he put his belonging in my apartment since we are going to move to another apartment next month. Does the manager have the right to control whose belonging to put in an apartment.
How long can a visitor legally stay over at my apartment?
