RECENTLY THE SERVICE IN THE COOP I RESIDE ARE POOR AND INFERIOR. THE TENANT INCLUDING SOME SHARE HOLDERS HAVE DECIDED TO ORGANIZE TO TRY TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICES. WE HELD A MEETING IN A PUBLIC PLACE, THE LOBBY OF ONE OF THE BUILDING'S AT A REASONABLE HOUR 7P.M. NOT OBSTRUCTING THE PASSAGEWAY.
OUR NEXT MEETING WAS TO BE HELD THE SAME WAY. OPERATING MANAGER WHO REPRESENTED THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS STATED WE COULD NOT MEET IN THE LOBBY. WE HAD TO END THE MEETING. WE DID NOT GET PERMISSION FROM THE BOARD. CAN HE DO THAT. DID THE REAL PROPERTY LAW ARTICLE 7 230 APPLY TO US.PLEASE RESPOND QUICKLY THANK YOU SO MUCH
