My landlord just allowed two smokers to move in the studio below me. The cigarette smoke comes up through cracks in the floor and the heating pipe. I am totally allergic. Non rent stabilized. 4 units in building. Probably brownstone or tenement constructed in 30's. What are my rights!!?? Thanks
