Thanks for a great site chockfull of much needed data!

One complaint:

I'm trying to research a couple of things and the Search thing on the home page isn't helping!

Most of the hits are to *.RO or *.RT which turn out to be DHCR decisions from the early nineties.

I don't want DHCR decisions: I want hits to the laws, the guides, articles, etc.

Can you please do something about the way this Search thing works? Like eliminate the DHCR decision or at least put them last in line so they won't clog out the good stuff?
