My landlord is in the process of evicting me for late payement of rent. I noticed, on my lease, the term says for "24 years" instead of "24 months" a MAJOR typo. Also, at the bottom of the lease it says "for use by Montgomery County Realtors Association Members only" I called, and my landlord is not a member. Can I have the eviction process haulted on a these "technicalities"?
