my super came to my door and told me the landlord said i have to get rid of one of my dogs. i am rent stabilized, lived here in nyc in this apartment for 6 years, written lease, 20 apartments in building. building is 100 years old. had one dog for 4 years and got the other 2 years ago. i have never hidden the second dog. the super knew. should i call the landlord. should i wait for written notice. is the super telling me considered legal notice. also i thought there was some kind of 90 day law regarding pets. is there a law in effect. i am terrified. i also just signed a new 2 year lease beginning in september. please help. thursday june 8 11pm thomas
