Maybe they just want an accurate count of the pets, and to make sure you are the tenant on the lease. And to make sure you dont ADD anymore pets to your apartment.

: My building recently changed ownership.. The building allows dogs and is considered dog friendly. However under new management, the staff of the building is now tracking in a book times that I walk my dog, by loggin in and out everytime I leave with my dog, or return.

: I feel that this is a invasion of my privacy, and starting to be a turn by the management to start bothering dog owners to make life miserable for them so that they move...

: I have checked on the dog laws, but it does not apply b/c dogs are welcomed.
