The management of this apartment is very incompetent. How many weeks would they take to fix a broken faucet? I would NEVER move into any apartment managed by them. And I don't have the choice of every single apartment in the city like you do... Ok, so there's a couple in Trump Tower out of your price range (there's 1.5 million out of mine)

Why not just buy a brownstone? Put your dot-com company in one duplex, live in the other one.

Buy a coop? need board approval.

Buy a condo: less trouble.
