I'll Answer The Questions That I Choose To Answer

I think my previous response was appropriate, because Brenda wrote again about choosing between a one-year lease and a two-year lease. I showed how the rents would vary in the different years in a series of one-year leases vs. a series of two-year leases. I also covered Golub Notices for non-primary residence and for personal use by the landlord or the landlord's family.

If I were running this website or if I were being paid to answer questions, I would answer every question. Since this isn't my website and I'm not being paid, I'll answer the questions I choose to answer. And I will be as arbitrary and capricious as I choose. I may not answer questions that should have been researched before being asked, questions that aren't written clearly, or questions with faulty spelling, punctuation, or grammar.
