I live in a studio apartment in rockaway beach, queens ( ny ) and was just informed that they are going to closing on June 15th, i have been looking for an apartment but i cannot afford to go thru real estate. I am having a hard time finding a place as i have a dog and many places do not want dogs. What are my rights ? They want me out by July 1st.. What if i cannot find a place ?
