Perhaps you are confusing it with the 3 day rule on mortgages where you have three days after signing to back out of a mortgage agreement.
I know that some big corporate LLs were offering these kinds of deals, but I don't know of any law that requires this.

: I remember hearing about a one week or two week test period for an apartment or house lease where you are allowed to try out apartment or house, then if you don't like it, you can break your lease within this period. Has anyone else heard of this, and do you know if it applies to Nevada law?
