My lease states that I am responsible to maintain the lawn. However, the landlord has not provided a lawn mower for me to do that. They state it is my responsiblity to buy one. Is that true? Seems to me, to maintain THEIR lawn, they would provide the mower. I will gladly cut it, but I dont have that kind of money, or desire to buy my own mower. What would I do with it if/when I move into another apartment??
