I need some advice. I am subleasing a co-op in Westchester that has a "no-pet" clause as well as stating that the only occupants can be my son and myself. The problem is I am getting married and my lease does not expire until October. How can I break the lease without having to pay my landlord the next 4 months rent. And yes you guessed it my fiancee has a dog
