what are my actions if my apartment needs major repairs!! oven knob broken, squeaky, uneven floor, cracked walls, chipped paint, windows defective, mice infestation, holes in walls behind panels, hot water fluctuates in bathroon, can hear every footstep of my upstairs neighbor, etc.....
