1. hot water: the law is: minimum 120 degrees 24/7/365. Look it up on the homepage. Report lack of hot h2o to HPD 960-4800 24/7/365.

2. richard might be right: if your current can handle an iron, it probably can handle the a/c. talk to your neighborhood retailer or repairman or the guys in the hardware store (not the salespeople in big chains: they know nothing about this). or call the a/c specialists.
