I am currently living in a 3br house with 2 other roommates. When we rented the property I was not available to sign the lease but wrote a check for "first, last and security deposit". One of my roommates now wants a guy she met to move in and is trying to force me out. What rights do I have in this situation? I have always paid rent on time and all house bills are current. This is very simply a situation of "I like him better than you". If anyone with any Florida experience can help I would be very appreciative. Thanks, Jim.
