Thanks for the reply Mark
I live in Westchester at an apartment complex. The company that manages the complex says that I have to leave as the tenant is coming in on 1st of May and my lease expires on April 31st. The lease dosen't talk about it except that I have to vaccate the place three days before the lease expires.
I am now wondering whether I have to move my stuff to storage and checkin into a hotel.
Thanks again
Jobi
: You don't say where you live. Read your lease. It usually provides for delays like this. Can't you holdover, just like the current tenant in your new apartment is doing? This is a very common situations in houses, apartments, offices, and stores.
