No kidding.........unless you have a rent stabilized lease......

..... If he has raised you rent very little in the last 8 years then be prepared for 50% and more then if its only 20 or 25 % thank your landlord for being so generous...


: I rent a condo in Manhattan for the past 8 years. Is there a maximum amount the landlord is allowed to increase the rent at renewal?
