Or prove economic partnership, do you have JOINT checking, savings accounts? how about life Insurance or a WILL with You as beneficiary?

Or is he coming back to NYC, then you can sublet from him.....

I live in a Manhattan apartment building that is rent stabilized. I have been living there for 4 years with my boyfriend who is
: the tenant of record on the lease. He just moved to California to take a job. I am staying in New York. What are MY tenancy rights.
