hp court can an hp court award money for landlords contempt

In July i filed suit aganst my landlord had inspector 20 violations
landlord never made repairs the judge and her staff came to the aptment
to see for with there own eye`s .
One person in the party said how can nyc housing aprove this aptment
safe we only have one working outlet in a 4 bed room apt??
roof leaking plus other stuff 2c`s 18b`s
the lanlord was orderd to make repairs
the court gave the landlord a few times to do so but did not
we gave his worker access but nothing was done
for the forgoing reason the court determones our motion to be granted
to the extent that the landlord be held in civil contempt of the court`s order
dated 8/2/99
contempt proceeding shall appear on the courts calender to determine
civil penalties and sanctions on april 5 2000 bronx court part18h
