I don't know what your local laws are but common sense would tell me that if your rent is due on the 1st of the month, then you pay it on the 1st of the month. What difference does it make if the 1st is a weekend or not? Is there an actual point to your wanting to hold off paying one more day if the 1st is on a weekend? I don't get it.
