My superintendent, having worked in this co-op for 18 years has recently been fired. After arbitration, he is being evicted by management/co-op. He has filed a suit in Supreme Court stating wrongful discharge. Can he seek an injunction from being evicted since a higher court may overturn the arbitrator's decision to terminate him?
