Nowhere in your message do you say why you think you might be evicted.

Did you receive some piece of paper from someone?

Was there a DOB Notice to Vacate on your door or on the building?

Did you actually read the answer to your earlier message?

ps: people usually call HPD 960-4800(?) for noise complaints, or DEP: DOB doesn't do noise: what was your complaint to them?
